Just because your employees have returned to the office doesn't mean they are happy about it. A new survey from ResumeBuilder.com shows that, among workers who have returned to the office, 18 percent are currently looking for a new job. Another 36 percent plan to start a job search later this year.
Workers are seeking out new jobs for several reasons, with 70 percent saying they want a higher salary. Additionally, 56 percent want better benefits, 50 percent want more growth opportunities, 43 percent want to work fewer days in the office, 32 percent want a better company culture, and 27 percent want different responsibilities.
