The latest version of DecisionPoint Software Inc.’s Financial Performance Management Suite can help users create an analytical window into their companies’ enterprise-wide real

estate finances. The San Mateo-based company is a development partner with Oracle Corp., and it built its new Property Management Business Domain module to draw on scattered real estate transactional data contained in an Oracle ERP system. The system organizes the information and with nine analytical models on lease details, insurance and other factors, users can optimize the management of the real estate portfolio.
