Hyperion Solutions Corp., a $702.6 million business performance software provider based in Santa Clara, Calif., named Robin Washington CFO. She succeeds David Odell, who is retiring. Washington, 43, joined Hyperion from PeopleSoft Inc., where she served as senior vice president of finance and controller. After joining PeopleSoft in 1996, she held positions in international finance, treasury, and corporate finance. Previously, Washington worked at Tandem Computers Inc. as director of finance and Deloitte & Touche LLP as a senior auditor.
