Baxter International Inc., a $9.8 billion maker of treatments for complex medical conditions, named Robert Davis CFO and corporate vice president. He succeeds John Greisch, who was named president of international operations and corporate vice president. Davis, 39, joined the Deerfield, Ill.-based company in 2004 as treasurer and will retain the treasurer's position until a successor is named. Prior to his coming to Baxter, Davis held numerous financial positions at Eli Lilly & Co., including director of corporate financial planning, assistant treasurer, tax counsel and director of corporate tax planning.
