PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Herman directs tactical and strategic efforts for Yahoo!'s treasury operations. She led an indepth review of the company's historic and projected foreign exchange exposures that won the company an Alexander Hamilton Award in financial risk management in 2005. She recently secured executive sponsorship to overhaul the company's domestic cash management program. Herman is also the global leader for treasury's Sarbanes-Oxley compliance requirements. She has held other finance and banking positions at Hewlett-Packard Co. and Goldman Sachs Group Inc.
