Edward J. Borkowski, will transition in the next few months out of his role as CFO of Mylan, the $2.2 billion, Canonsburg, Pa.-based developer and distributor of generic pharmaceuticals. Borkowski, who joined the company in 2002, will remain with Mylan until the company names a successor. Mylan has hired executive recruitment firm Korn/Ferry to lead the search for Borkowski’s replacement.

Alan T. Ennis, 39, CFO and executive vice president of Revlon, Inc., $1.3 billion, New York-based cosmetics and skincare manufacturer, adds the titles of director and president of Revlon International, effective March 1. Ennis became executive vice president and CFO in 2006 after serving as senior vice president, corporate controller and chief accounting officer. As CFO, he oversaw the company’s international business last year.
