Union Bank has launched an improved version of its money market portal. The San Francisco-based bank says the latest version of Union Bank MoneyPort offers institutional investors a library of funds, fund data and performance filters. The portal also provides a bigger selection, including funds in multiple currencies, as well as new compliance and trading tools, and compatibility with treasury workstations, according to the bank. The upgrade was done in collaboration with Cachematrix.

Informatica has rolled out a new version of its data integration platform, Informatica 9. The upgraded platform, which can be deployed via cloud computing or on premises, provides browser-based tools for analysts, automatic generation of implementation details, and a common metadata repository that analysts and IT developers can use to share their work, according to the Redwood City, Calif.-based company. The new version of the platform also allows all users to ensure data integrity, and provides unified role-based tools, Informatica says.

SymSoft says the latest version of its integrated governance, risk and compliance (GRC) application, ControlPanelGRC, has been Web-enabled, so that users can access the full functionality from a mobile device, laptop or PC. The product's Password Manager has been improved and the company also added a self-service application that lets users submit security requests via a Web page, says Milwaukee-based SymSoft.
