Financial Executives: Keeping Track

Kroger Co., the $76 billion Cincinnati-based grocery chain, named Carin Fike assistant treasurer. She is switching jobs with Cindy Holmes, who was appointed director of investor relations. Holmes, 42, had been the company’s assistant treasurer for 10 years. She began her career at Kroger in 1990 in the information systems and services department. Fike, also 42, has been Kroger’s director of investor relations since 2003 and has worked at the company for more than 10 years.

Anixter International, a $5 billion electric wire and cable company in Glenview, Ill., named Theodore Dosch CFO and executive vice president. He replaces Dennis Letham, who is retiring. Dosch, 51, has served as the company’s senior vice president of global finance since 2009. Prior to joining Anixter, Dosch worked in finance at Whirlpool, where his final position was CFO of the North American region.
