Colleen O’Sullivan has been promoted to CFO, treasurer and senior vice president of Career Education Corp., a $1.9 billion Shaumburg, Ill.-based provider of postsecondary education. She succeeds Michael Graham, 52, who is leaving to become CFO of JMC Steel Group. O’Sullivan, 45, at right, most recently served as the company’s chief accounting officer, corporate controller and senior vice president.
