The Bank of American and JPMorgan Chase have both experienced outages on their Websites this week, according to Finextra. Moreover, the Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center (FS-ISAC) has boosted its reading on the cyber threat facing financial institutions to high from elevated, citing information on "the potential for DDos and other cyber attacks."

According to Finextra, neither bank has explained what happened to its Website.
