Bernard Gutmann, CFO, ON SemiconductorON Semiconductor, a $3.4 billion supplier of high performance silicon solutions, appointed Bernard Gutmann CFO and executive vice president. He replaces Donald Colvin, who resigned in August. Gutmann, 53, pictured at right, has been a member of the Phoenix-based company’s finance team for 13 years. Most recently he served as vice president of corporate analysis and strategy for Semiconductor Components Industries, ON Semiconductor’s primary operating company. Gutmann has also been CFO for the company’s SANYO Semiconductor division since 2011 and will continue to serve in that position. Prior to joining ON, he worked in finance at Motorola from 1982 to 1999.

Flowers Foods, a $2.8 billion producer and marketer of packaged bakery foods, named Craig Parr chief risk officer and senior vice president of finance, a new position for the company. He will report to CFO and executive vice president R. Steve Kensley. Parr joins Thomasville, Ga.-based Flowers from The Andersons, where he worked in accounting and risk management for 20 years and most recently served as vice president of risk management and food supply.
