Dean Foods Names Bellairs CFO

Marsh & McLennan hires Walsh to head IR; Fossil grabs CFO Secor from Guess?, Orbitz names Marcus CFO

Dean Foods, a $13 billion food and beverage company based in Dallas, Texas, promoted Chris Bellairs to CFO and executive vice president. He succeeds Shaun Mara, who is leaving the company to pursue other interests. Bellairs currently serves as CFO for Fresh Dairy Direct, a subsidiary of Dean Foods. Earlier, he worked in finance at Procter & Gamble, PepsiCo and Iron Mountain.

Marsh & McLennan, an $11.5 billion global professional services firm, appointed Keith Walsh to head of investor relations and vice president. The company’s CFO, J. Michael Bischoff, previously handled investor relations. Walsh, 38, joins the New York-based company from Citi, where he was an equity research analyst for 13 years.  He began his career as a research associate at Smith Barney, a former unit of Citigroup, in 1999.
