The latest version of DecisionPoint Software Inc.'s Financial Performance Management Suite can help users create an analytical window into their companies' enterprise-wide real

estate finances. The San Mateo-based company is a development partner with Oracle Corp., and it built its new Property Management Business Domain module to draw on scattered real estate transactional data contained in an Oracle ERP system. The system organizes the information and with nine analytical models on lease details, insurance and other factors, users can optimize the management of the real estate portfolio.

With a few mouse clicks, a manager can drill into trans-actional details about lease arrangements, historical costs for each property and how those compare to similar properties in its portfolio. The system automatically integrates the details with the company's accounts payable, general ledger or other payments systems. "Out of the box we provide a rolled-up level of information across all properties and the ability to drill down into details behind the summary data," says John Cunningham, director of product management at DecisionPoint. "If they care about a regional distribution or utilization category or property by square foot, managers can easily access the data to slice and dice the information to see how everything is distributed."
