Everest Re Group, a Bermuda-based reinsurer with $3.5 billion in 2008 revenue, has named Dominic Addesso CFO and executive vice president. He succeeds Craig Eisenacher, who plans to retire. Addesso, 55, most recently was president of the regional clients division at Munich Re America and earlier served as CFO of Selective Insurance Group.

Trinity Industries, a Dallas, Texas-based company with industrial, energy, transportation and construction businesses that had $3.8 billion of 2008 revenue, has named Mary Henderson corporate controller. She succeeds Charles Michel, who left the company in late February. Henderson, 50, has served as acting controller since Michel's departure. She joined Trinity in 2003 as director of financial reporting and was named assistant controller in 2005. Before joining Trinity, she was corporate controller at Centex HomeTeam Services.

Comverse Technology, a New York provider of telecommunications software that is still struggling to recover from stock option backdating charges in 2006, has appointed Steve Swad CFO and executive vice president. He succeeds Joseph Chinnici, CFO since last June, who has left the company. Swad, 47, was CFO of Fannie Mae from 2007 to 2008 and earlier served as CFO of AOL.

Network Solutions, the Herndon, Va., company that provides Web domain names and hosting, has hired Miles Reidy as CFO and executive vice president. He succeeds Mike Voslow, who left the company in February. Reidy, 47, most recently was CFO and executive vice president of Sears Holding Co. and earlier spent more than eight years at Capital One Financial, where his positions included a stint as CFO for Capital One Credit Card and Bank.

SRA International, a Fairfax, Va., provider of technology consulting and solutions with $1.5 billion in 2008 revenue, has named Rick Nadeau CFO and executive vice president. Melissa Burgum, the company's acting CFO since February, will continue to serve as corporate controller. Nadeau, 54, most recently served as CFO of Sunrise Senior Living. Earlier, he was CFO of Mills Corp. and Colt Defense and a partner at KPMG.

Cooper-Standard Automotive, a Novi, Mich.-based maker of auto components with $2.5 billion of 2008 revenue, has appointed Glenn Dong corporate treasurer and vice president. He replaces Tim Griffith, who left the company late last year to become treasurer of Aleris International. Dong, 55, is joining Cooper-Standard from International Automotive Components Group, where he served as treasurer. Earlier, he was treasurer at Dura Automotive and assistant treasurer at Meritor Automotive.

DPL, the Dayton, Ohio-based utility company, which had $1.6 billion in 2008 revenue, has hired Joseph Mulpas as controller, chief accounting officer and vice president. He succeeds Fred Boyle, who continues to serve as the company's CFO, treasurer and senior vice president. Mulpas, 37, is joining DPL from Deloitte & Touche, where he was a partner in the energy utility practice.
