Reval, a New York-based provider of hedge accounting and risk management solutions, has launched a Website, www.savemyswaps.com, to provide a forum for corporate users of non-standard derivatives concerned about the Obama administration's attempts to regulate over-the-counter derivatives.

Oracle, the Redwood Shores, Calif., ERP vendor, says it will equip its enterprise performance management software, which includes Hyperion Financial Management, with UBmatrix's XBRL technology to facilitate the preparation of financial statements in XBRL. The Securities and Exchange Commission requires that the biggest companies begin using XBRL in filings this month. Oracle also says that it will work with UBmatrix on providing storage and management for XBRL-coded information in Oracle Database. Oracle's rival SAP announced in February that it was making UBmatrix XBRL Publishing available as part of SAP BusinessObjects.

For those who use financial filings formatted in XBRL, JustSystems, a Japanese software vendor, has launched xfy XBRL Report, a desktop software that lets users access XBRL data, combine it with other information and publish the results. JustSystems says the audience for the product includes preparers, auditors, regulators, researchers and institutional investors.
