Sanmina-SCI, the $7.2 billion electronics contract manufacturer, has hired Bob Eulau as CFO and executive vice president. He succeeds David White, who announced in January that he was leaving the San Jose, Calif.-based company. Eulau, 47, most recently was CFO, chief operating officer and executive vice president of Alien Technology, which makes RFID chips. He also served as CFO at Rambus and spent 15 years at Hewlett-Packard, where his positions included CFO of the computing products unit.

Erik Bardman has joined Logitech International, a $2.2 billion maker of computer gear with headquarters in both Fremont, Calif., and Switzerland, as CFO and senior vice president of finance. He replaces Mark Hawkins, who left Logitech in April to become CFO of Autodesk. Bardman, 42, most recently was CFO for eBay Marketplaces. Earlier, he spent 15 years with General Electric, where his last position was vice president of global pricing for a consumer finance business.

Timberland, the $1.3 billion footwear and apparel maker based in Stratham, N.H., has appointed Carrie Teffner CFO. She succeeds John Crimmins III, who is leaving the company. Teffner, 43, had worked at Sara Lee since 1998. She most recently served as CFO and senior vice president of its international household and body care unit and earlier was CFO of Sara Lee Foodservice.

Kohlberg Kravis & Roberts, the private equity firm that went public last week, named Jonathan Levin treasurer and head of investor relations, a new position for the company. Levin, 28, has worked in the company's capital markets and private equity businesses since joining KKR from Bear Stearns in 2004.

Mark Olson was named controller, senior vice president and principal accounting officer of CommScope, a Hickory, N.C.-based maker of cable and other infrastructure products for communications networks with $4 billion in 2008 revenue. He succeeds William Gooden, who is retiring. Olson, 51, joined CommScope in 2007 when it acquired Andrew Corp., where he was corporate controller and chief accounting officer. Before joining Andrew in 1993, he worked at Nortel and Johnson & Johnson.

Neil Salmon is joining Innophos Holdings, a $934.8 million producer of specialty phosphates, as CFO and vice president. He succeeds Richard Heyse, who left the Cranbury, N.J.-based company in June to become CFO of Wesco International. Salmon, 40, worked for nearly 20 years at Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI) and most recently served as CFO for its adhesives business group.

Deckers Outdoor, the $689.4 million Goleta, Calif.-based footwear and clothing company whose brands include UGG Australia and Teva, has named Thomas George CFO. He succeeds Thomas Hillebrandt, who resigned in March to pursue other interests. Zohar Ziv, Deckers' chief operating officer, has served as interim CFO. George, 54, had been CFO for Ophtonix since 2005 and earlier was CFO for Oakley. He has also worked at Loral Corp., International Totalizator and Coopers & Lybrand.
