SunGard is bundling its technology infrastructure and customer relationships formed around its AvantGard solutions for receivables, treasury and payments management into a new service that aims to help corporations streamline communications and banks focus on delivering value-added services to their corporate clients. The AvantGard EcoSystem Communications Service offers a single point of connectivity to facilitate communications for bank account statements, wire transfers, treasury payments, accounts payable payment execution (including a variety of formats such as SWIFT, ACH, check to ACH converted) and check printing via a global payments network contained within the service, SunGard said.

Visa has launched a new global information tool that offers integrated reporting and expense management on a single platform for companies large and small. Visa IntelliLink Spend Management provides three core solutions-reporting, data services and program support–and integrates with the Visa B2B payment products.

Users of Fair Value Insight can now directly upload market data and trades into the Web-based derivatives system built by interdealer broker ICAP and financial analytics provider FINCAD to help corporations value interest rate, FX, commodities, OTC derivatives and debt securities. The new functionality allows users to upload their own curves as well as FX rate groups, spot rates and historical volatilities used to price FX options and options strategies.
