Clear Channel Communications, a $6.7 billion operator of radio stations based in San Antonio, Texas, hired Tom Casey as CFO and executive vice president. He succeeds Randall Mays, who was named vice chairman. Casey, 47, was CFO and executive vice president of Washington Mutual until October 2008. Prior to joining WaMu in 2002, Casey was CFO and senior vice president at GE Financial.
Kelly Curry was named CFO and executive vice president of Health Management Associates, a $4.5 billion hospital chain. He replaces Robert Farnham, the Naples, Fla.-based company's CFO and senior vice president since 2001, who will now serve as principal accounting officer and senior vice president of finance. Curry, 55, has been the company's chief administrative officer and executive vice president since 2008, and was its chief operating officer from 2007 to 2008. He previously served as Health Management Associates' CFO from 1987 to 1994.
JohnsonDiversey, a $3.3 billion manufacturer of cleaning products in Sturtevant, Wisc., hired Norman Clubb as CFO and executive vice president. He succeeds Joseph Smorada, who is retiring. Clubb most recently served as president and COO for Unilever Food Solutions in North America and Latin America. From 2007 to 2009, he was also a Unilever appointee to JohnsonDiversey's board; at the time, Unilever had a one-third stake in the company. Clubb was senior vice president of finance for Unilever's foods division from 2000 to 2004. Before joining Unilever, he served as senior vice president of finance and supply chain at JohnsonDiversey.

Richard Meier was named CFO and executive vice president of Teleflex, a $2.4 billion company whose products range from medical technology to aerospace. He succeeds Kevin Gordon, who is leaving the company. Meier is joining Limerick, Pa.-based Teleflex from Advanced Medical Optics, where he was president and COO. Earlier, he was CFO at Valeant Pharmaceuticals.
Interline Brands, a $1.2 billion marketer and distributor of hardware and janitorial products, hired John Ebner as CFO and treasurer. He succeeds Tom Tossavainen, the CFO since 2005, who is leaving the Jacksonville, Fla., company. Ebner spent 13 years at Alltel, where he served as treasurer and senior vice president of investor relations.
Diana Moy Kelly was appointed treasurer of Aqua America, a $627 million utility holding company in Bryn Mawr, Pa. She replaces Steve Anzaldo, who left the company. Moy Kelly has been working for Aqua America on an interim basis since November. Earlier, she was an assistant treasurer at PECO Energy.
Neenah Enterprises, the $510 million holding company for Neenah Foundry, has hired Dale Parker as its CFO. He succeeds Jeffrey Jenkins, who is resigning from the Wisconsin-based company for personal reasons. Parker, 58, is joining Neenah from PaperWorks Industries in Philadelphia, where he was CFO. Parker has also served as CFO of Vitex Packaging Group and Appleton Papers.
