RSC Holdings, the $1.7 billion parent of RSC Equipment Rental, named Scott Huckins treasurer and vice president. He succeeds Kevin Loughlin, who plans to retire from Scottsdale, Ariz.-based RSC in April. Huckins, 43, most recently was a principal at Morgan Capital Management. Earlier, he held various positions at Koch Industries, including serving as the company's treasurer, as CFO of Koch Capital Markets and as CEO of Koch Financial Products.

Gregory Hunt will join Yankee Candle Co., a South Deerfield, Mass. designer and manufacturer of scented candles, as CFO and executive vice president of finance in April. He succeeds Bruce Hartman, whose retirement was announced in November. Hunt most recently was executive vice president of strategic and commercial development for Norwegian Cruise lines. Earlier, he was CFO and chief restructuring officer of Tweeter Home Entertainment, CFO and Co-CEO of Syratech, and CFO at NRT, Culligan Water and Samsonite. Hunt started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Vonage, the $900 million provider of broadband voice and messaging services, appointed Barry Rowan CFO, chief administrative officer, treasurer and executive vice president. He succeeds John Rego, who plans to leave the Holmdel, N.J-based company later this year. Rowan, 52, was CFO of Nextel Partner from 2003 until 2006, when it was sold to Sprint. Earlier, Rowan was CEO of Vesper, a Brazilian telecom start-up, and CFO of Fluke Corp.

LodgeNet Interactive, a $533.9 million provider of TV and Internet services to hotels, says Frank Elsenbast will join the company in April as CFO and senior vice president. He will replace Gary Ritondaro, who is retiring. Elsenbast, 44, most recently was CFO and senior vice president of ShopNBC. Earlier, he worked in finance at Pillsbury Co. and began his career at Arthur Andersen.

Neuberger Berman, the New York City-based money management firm, named William Arnold CFO. Neuberger Berman was a unit of Lehman Brothers until Lehman's bankruptcy, and its chief operating officer, Andrew Komaroff, has overseen finance as the firm gained its independence. Arnold, 46, is joining Neuberger from Citigroup, where he most recently served as head of corporate finance. Arnold also spent four years as CFO of Citi Alternative Investments and earlier served as CFO for Citi's global investment management unit.

S&T Bancorp, an Indiana, Pa., financial institution with $181 million in 2008 revenues, has appointed Mark Kochvar CFO and senior executive vice president. He succeeds acting CFO Wendy Bell, who left to join another company. Kochvar, 49, has served as S&T's treasurer and executive vice president, a position in which he chaired the Asset Liability Committeee, since 2008. He was senior vice president of treasury and investments from 2001 to 2007.
