Regal Beloit Corp
., a $1.8 billion Wisconsin-based manufacturer of electrical and mechanical equipment, named Charles (Chuck) Hinrichs CFO and vice president. He replaces David Barta, the company's CFO since July 2004, who left in May to become CFO of Cooper Industries. Before joining Regal Beloit, Hinrichs, 56, was CFO of Smurfit-Stone Container Corp. from 2002 to 2009, when he resigned. From 1995 to 2002, he was treasurer of Smurfit-Stone.

Parametric Technology Corp., a $938 million product development software company in Needham, Mass., appointed Jeffrey Glidden CFO and executive vice president. Glidden, 60, succeeds Neil Moses, who will serve as a senior financial consultant until he resigns in November. Until April, Glidden was CFO of Airvana, a network infrastructure provider, a job which he held for almost five years. Prior to that, he was senior vice president of finance and operations, CFO and treasurer for RSA Security.

Patricia Chiodo was named CFO and senior vice president of RSC Holdings, a $1.3 billion equipment rental company. Chiodo, 45, had served as interim CFO, and principal financial and accounting officer since David Mathieson resigned earlier this year. Prior to becoming interim CFO, Chiodo had been the Scottsdale, Ariz.-based company's controller and vice president since 2005. Before joining RSC in 2002 as assistant controller, she was CFO and a partner at Equipment Remark International and spent six years as CFO at Road Machinery Co. Chiodo began her career at Price Waterhouse.

Agilysys, a $640 million information technology company that specializes in serving the retail and hospitality industries, named Henry Bond CFO and senior vice president. He replaces Kenneth Kossin Jr., who is leaving the Solon, Ohio-based company in November to pursue other career interests. Bond, 45, was for two years CFO of Landis+Gyr North America. Before that, he was treasurer and head of corporate development and investor relations at John H. Harland Co.

Colfax Corp., a $525 million maker of pumps and valves in Richmond, Va., appointed C. Scott Brannan CFO and treasurer. He succeeds G. Scott Faison, who is stepping down. Brannan, 52, has been a member of the board of Colfax since 2008 and chaired the Audit Committee. He had been a partner at Aronson & Company, an accounting and consulting firm, since 2003.

Ambassadors Group, a $98 million educational travel company in Spokane, Wash., named Anthony Dombrowik CFO, senior vice president, treasurer and secretary. Dombrowik, 40, replaces Kristi Gravelle, the interim CFO, treasurer and secretary, who will return to her former position as controller and vice president of finance and accounting. Before joining Ambassadors, Dombrowik had been CFO of Red Lion Hotels since 2008. Prior to that, he had served as Red Lion's corporate controller and principal accounting officer since 2003. Dombrowik began his career as an auditor at BDO Seidman.
