The 380 women finance executives and 130 men professionals who responded to Treasury & Risk's 2011 Women in Finance Survey are close to agreement on one thing: 62% of the women and 84% of the men say finance is a great career choice for both sexes. Another promising statistic: the vast majority of both women and men have mentors, relationships that are viewed as key to career advancement.
