Rickey Charles Goodrich, former CFO of Pearl Jam's management company, has been charged with 33 counts of theft. Prosecutors allege Goodrich used the company's money to pay personal debts and used the band's credit cards to pay for personal expenses, stealing $380,000 from the company, Curtis Management, over four years.

Goodrich controlled finances related to Pearl Jam's tours. When the band's manager launched an investigation into Goodrich's management over cash flow issues, investigators found suspicious wire transfers, unaccounted-for payments to band members and the crew, and $134,000 in company credit card expenses for things like iTunes and Amazon.com purchases.
