Adam Smith, the CFO of a Tucson medical manufacturing company, lost his job after a video of his comments to a Chick-Fil-A drive-thru worker went viral. Smith had posted the video himself on YouTube.

The CEO of Vante said Smith's departure was a mutual decision, and the company issued a statement saying Smith's "actions do not reflect our corporate values."

Prior to joining Vante, Smith worked in finance at IBM.
