Earlier, he was treasurer at Aearo Technologies, a division of 3M. Marsden has a B.S. in computer engineering from Michigan State and an M.B.A. from Purdue University.

Merchant has a B.B.A. in finance from the University of Texas and an M.B.A. from Indiana University.

He has a B.S. in finance from St. John's University.

He has a B.S. in business administration and an M.B.A. from the University of New Hampshire.
