The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency will issue an enforcement action against J.P. MorganChase following on its $6 billion trading loss in London, the Wall Street Journal reported, cititing people familiar with the discussions. The banking company also faces a separate probe by the SEC, the WSJ noted.
